Reservations

1. We are available to be reached by call at least a week or 3 days in advance to make your reservation.
2. Then, it would be better for you to call us the day before to confirm your reservation. This is a chance for you to ask questions, make specific requests, so, we ensure that all you need for the reservation is able to be provided.
3. Please show up at least 5 minutes before your reservation. If you think you might be coming late, kindly let us know.
4. If you have a special request, please make the arrangements early.
5. If you need to cancel the reservation, please kindly deliver its confirmation as soon as possible.

These steps are how we maintain the restaurant reservation procedures in convenience way for our customer. We will be very glad to welcome you again at Smokey Ribs.

Note:

Making a reservation earlier as soon as possible is needed on certain times of the year, such as holiday period because in that time the restaurant is more crowded than usual.

When you plan a special event such as birthday party, engagement announcement, or promotion celebration, it would be better if you make the reservation during a slow time such as on the weekday or the weekend after holiday since the days after weekend are typically busier.

Making a reservation more days before will be giving you the biggest advantage.
